"Christopher Hodges State Farm feels like family. I have never had such warm and efficient customer service ever. It is very comforting to know they are there for us personally as opposed to the big box warehouse feel you often get from corporate insurance companies. They are literally available to me any time I need them or have a question (which is a lot-lol). And probably most important- when my son totaled his car after just two months - the first question from the claims department was "how is your son?". After that, all details were handled one at a time, and we received payment for our vehicle about a month after the crash. It would have been sooner but the dealership sent the title to the wrong county DMV and the turnaround caused the delay. Christopher Hodges State Farm was referred to me by a lovely woman at a print shop. I need to go back, thank and hug her because I can't be happier with our insurance service!"

"After being overcharged by Progressive for a few years, I chose to shop around for new insurance for my car. I entered my information into State Farm's website and received a quote roughly $100 cheaper than what I was paying. A day or less later, Mr. Brandon Wright, one of Christopher Hodges' agents called me and began discussing my coverage elections, informing me of their purposes and explaining what benefits me most, based upon my needs. He is very personal and not pushy. We went with Full Coverage insurance with even lower deductible elections (which creates a higher premium) than I had with Progressive, and tacked on renters insurance. After we decided on my final choice for my policies, the value still came to roughly $100 less than my policy with Progressive even with greater vehicle coverage and renters insurance for my home. That's $100 less, more coverage, and a dedicated office staff to helping me with my vehicle and peace of mind. I am very pleased with the service and speak highly of Mr. Wright and all of Christopher Hodges' staff. I would reach out to them if you are overpaying.
